Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Late cancellation will result in a 50% charge of your original booking or 50% of your gift voucher.

No shows will be charged in full. If you cannot make your appointment you can always email or text us out of hours to cancel, you do not have to wait until the practice is open. 


Unfortunately, late arrival to your scheduled appointment may result in reduced treatment time, at full treatment price. We do suggest that you try to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment when possible.

Personal Details:

A client consultation card is required to be completed by new clients before any treatment can commence and it is a health and safety requirement.

Please always inform us if you are undergoing any new medical treatment, taking new medication, develop any allergies, are suffering a herpetic breakout [cold sore], have undertaken any aesthetic treatments or permanent make-up in the last 14 days, have had facial waxing in the last 7 days, or are pregnant/trying to become pregnant. It may be advised not to proceed with a treatment for your own benefit, health and safety. Your personal information will remain in a client confidentiality agreement.

All information on client record cards is held with the strictest confidence.

Record card information will never be passed on, however, we may use this information to contact clients with promotions from time to time – please do let us know if you’d prefer not to be contacted.

Minors & Children:

Clients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with a consent form signed each time a minor receives a treatment.
